Supported by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures, Reserv hopes to streamline claims using artificial intelligence and automation. Managing motor claims from “cradle to grave”—including repair, third-party, property damage, and credit hire negotiations—as a Motor Claims Adjuster, all the while providing outstanding customer service and working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What We Want

You provide expertise in managing commercial, personal, and fraud-related motor claims. You are adept at data-driven decision-making, delegated authority management, and credit hire bargaining. Moreover, you will have a Cert CII and be dedicated to ongoing development and infrequent traveling.
