As an Adjusting Support Specialist, you’ll enable smoother claims resolution by supporting multi-line adjusters through key administrative tasks—from setting up claim files and data management to financial reconciliation and document handling.
What You’ll Do
Set up and organize claim files with complete and accurate information.
Handle data entry, financial reconciliation, and document upload/review.
Manage task queues, incoming mail, and ensure adjusters have what they need.
Draft standard form letters and close-out documents.
Use time management skills to meet SLAs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Who You Are
With two years of administrative or claims assistance experience and an ability to flourish in hectic settings, an ideal candidate brings two years of experience. You’ll be methodical, meticulous, and ready with technology to simplify systems.
