Starting from £34,600 per year, rising to about £42,800 after one year
Includes a £27,000 joining bonus and extra sea pay

Working under pressure and frequently in distant areas, the officer may be in handling duties like testing, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Lead and mentor Air Engineering Technicians in RNAS and aboard ships
Maintain and test aircraft systems, including propulsion, weapons, and navigation
Coordinate with other specialists to deliver engineering solutions from design to deployment
Aged between 18 and 39 (can apply from 15¾, but must be 18 on joining)
Possess a STEM degree
Eligible to gain Chartered Engineer status with support for up to MSc-level engineering studies
