• From beginning to end, manage high-frequency, low-severity property and liability claims.

• Offer top interactions with clients and stakeholders.

• Both spoken and written, communicate plainly in a dynamic, quick environment.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with claims in the UK (commercial/personal property, low-value liability; personal accident claims a bonus).

• Claims authority of £5,000 or more in current role.

• Awareness of UK insurance trends and broader market impacts.

• Curious, problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous development.
