Designer for User Experience (UX Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent, Experienced Professional (Grade GG08–GG13)
Salary: TBC, which suits grade levels GG08 to GG13 (industry competitive).

What You Will Do:

• Create creative and user-friendly digital solutions for difficult use cases.

• Create and present wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts.

• Make digital items more accessible, inclusive, and user-friendly.

• Techniques of lead user-centered design and mentor others.

• Present ideas supported by study and work with cross-disciplinary groups.

• Champ user requirements when juggling technological needs with business goals.

Requirements:

• Ideally, a bachelor’s in HCI, Interaction Design, or another relevant field.

• Great understanding of user-centered design methods and tools (e.g., Figma).

• Excellent analytic skills, teamwork, and communication.

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, hectic environment.

• Need an active eDV clearance.
