Medical Receptionist Part Time

About the Role

We want a motivated, adaptable, and trustworthy Medical Receptionist which join our team at Eversley Medical Centre. The ideal applicant would be professional and personable, and with outstanding communication skills. Moreover, comprehensive training can be given, and previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Principal Duties.

• Patient Interaction: Serve as the patient’s initial point of contact, facilitating a cordial and effective exchange of information between patients and physicians.

• Administrative Support: he can do a range of administrative tasks like providing clerical support to clinical staff and other team members, and also help the practice run smoothly.
• Effective communication should be facilitated between patients, secondary care, the primary healthcare team, and other related healthcare organizations.
• Keeping the reception space clean and patient-friendly is one of the reception duties.

About Us

In Thornton Heath, Eversley Medical Centre is situated across from Croydon University Hospital and provides care for more than 11,000 people. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. In the Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group, we provide general practitioner (GP) services under a Personal Medical Services contract at the Croydon Clinical Commissioning Group. We are registered with the CQC to offer a variety of services, such as family planning, surgery, screening and diagnostic procedures, treatment of illness, injury, or disorder, and maternity and midwifery services.
