Lead and inspire as the Reserv Claims Team Leader, managing a team of motor adjusters. Using data, you will be instrumental in raising service quality, maximizing operational efficiency, and, based on remote work, this position suits those who appreciate influence, technologically innovative ideas, and leadership in claims innovation.
Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of motor adjusters managing mixed accounts.
Monitor your own collection of high-value losses and difficult issues.
Apply the best methods in claims intake, investigation, evaluation, settlement, and recovery.
Look at and evaluate claims data for patterns and ongoing development.
Match team performance to client and customer expectations.
Manage escalating claims to guarantee proper booking.
Support the creation of systems to reduce fraud and guarantee compliance.
Encourage a helpful, high-performance team culture by means of coaching and professional development.
Handle challenging cases by working with external partners and internal teams.
To leadership, ready and present claims reports and mitigation plans.
Chartered qualifications (at least DIP CII or similar).
Ten years or more in claims management, especially for motor, property, or liability with a bodily injury emphasis.
Managing groups remotely for more than five years.
Technology comfort and driving process/claim efficiencies.
