As a Royal Marines Commando Officer, you lead an elite amphibious force deployed in tough environments — from deserts to the Arctic. Operating from ships and aircraft, you may take part in humanitarian, peacekeeping, or combat missions worldwide.
Lead elite teams in high-stakes operations at home and abroad.
Operate advanced weapons from ships, air, and land in varied environments.
Make quick, mission-critical decisions and command respect through action.
Complete 15 months of training, including time at CTCRM and Britannia Royal Naval College.
Gain a Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership from CMI.
Start as a Troop Commander (leading ~30 commandos) and progress to Captain after around 26 months
